By decision of the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation of the Republic of Croatia, I was appointed as a permanent court expert in the field of the financial and economic valuation of intellectual property rights.<\/p>

In the field of intellectual property, I provide judicial expert witness services and out-of-court expert valuations in matters that require an understanding of legal protection, market logic, and the economic value of intangible assets. Particular emphasis is placed on the financial and economic valuation of intellectual property rights, especially where it is necessary to determine the market value of rights, the basis for licensing, the amount of compensation, the economic consequences of infringement, or the financial effects of unauthorized use.<\/p>

Such valuations are relevant in judicial and out-of-court proceedings, negotiations, licensing relationships, commercialization, and business transactions, particularly where it is necessary to secure a well-reasoned expert document as a reliable basis for legal, business, and strategic decision-making.<\/p>
